PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING
Jazler RadioStar does not work with unlock serial numbers, you will have to receive the package of Jazler in order to start operating the full package. It cannot be downloaded. The package contains the installation CD, HASP Key(s) & Operating Manual (optional).

For those who will request an upgrade from Jazler SimplePack there are two options:
- Option 1: Operate RS1 with both RS1 and SIMPLEPACK keys plugged in the computer.
- Option 2: Receive the RS1 keys and send back the SIMPLEPACK keys.

In option 1 it is obvious that you keep both keys, but RS1 will need both RS1 & SP keys to work. In option 2, you receive RS1 keys that will work independently without the SIMPLEPACK keys but they will have an expiration date of 70 days after purchase. In this time, you must send back the Simplepack key(s) to Jazler Software so we can send you a code to activate the RS1 key(s) forever.

Upon purchasing, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our automated server where it will also indicate the address where we will send you the software package.

Delivery And Dispatch
Package and dispatch takes 2-3 working days and is sent with courier services in Greece & Cyprus. All international dispatches use normal express mail handling. Delivery differs from country to country and can take up to 5 working days.

Customers that will purchase with a credit card or paypal:
Once you receive the software package with the HASP key(s), you will be able to operate Jazler RadioStar immediately upon installing it on your machine(s), but the program will have a 70 day limit until you receive our automated e-mail approx. 10 days before expiration, with a serial number to activate Jazler RS1 forever. This is done in case that the credit card is a fraud, and discovering fraud cards usually needs at least 30 days upon purchase. When Jazler is activated, you will not need to re-activate it even if you re-install it on another computer. The activation is saved in the HASP key(s).

Customers that will purchase with bank wire transfer or check:
Once you receive the software package with the HASP key(s), you will be able to operate Jazler RadioStar immediately upon installing it on your machine(s). There is no other action taken to activate the program. The program will be received activated.

License
You are able to operate the studio application of Jazler RadioStar in one or two machines (depends on the amount of Hasps you purchase). The workstation application of Jazler can be installed in unlimited computers without HASP key(s) or extra lisences. For each SIMPLEPACK HASP key you have, you can order an additional RS1 key.

Support Information
Technical support is given only for the version currently published and only to customers. If your version is older than the one we are currently publishing, you are advised to download the latest version and install it because it might solve your problem.

Limited Warranty
Since the publish date and for the next 3-6 months, Jazler RadioStar might be defective in some sections and not operate normally causing mostly small problems. Jazler software programmers are working daily to fix all problems and will provide you help and software updates as quickly as possible to overcome unexpected bugs that might be introduced by the software. Please remember that lots of problems could be caused by your operating system, other programs or defective hardware. JAZLER SOFTWARE WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED ON YOUR COMPUTERS OR COMPANY FROM THE USE OF ITS SOFTWARE.
