Delivery And Dispatch
All our software is downloadable and there is no need to send you a mail package of a hard-copy of jazler. As there might be revision fixes/upgrades, in less than a month your hard-copy would be obsolete. If you insist on having a hard-copy, please contact us so we can send it to you (you will be charged postal & dispatch).

Customers that will purchase with a bank wire transfer or check:
It is often noticed that bank wire transfers or checks have variable DELAYS in confirmation. New clients often contact us requesting their activations but we have not received the order (even after 2 weeks of purchase) because the bank wire transfer has not been confirmed yet by Share-It. We strongly advise you purchase with a credit card or cash card so your purchase will go through in MINUTES.

License
What do you get with 862 euros? You get 6 (six) activations for the STUDIO APPLICATION. example: If you purchase RS2 and you install it on a STUDIO machine (workstations do not need activation), you will have to activate it to run permanently on that computer. You will lose one activation and have 5 more to use in case that you either need an extra studio machine or need to install jazler on a new machine because of hardware failure. So be careful with your activations. In case that you run out of activations you will have to purchase another license (of six activations), but as you are already a customer, you will have your new license at a 20% discount.

Also note that in case that you FORMAT your computer, or install an OTHER operating system on the SAME computer, you keep the SAME license. You will not need to obtain a different license. The license is locked on the hardware of your system. Not on the operating system. PLEASE BE SURE THOUGH THAT YOUR COMPUTER BIOS SUPPORTS AND HAS ENABLED THE CPU ID feature. Otherwise Jazler will not be able to register. If your studio computer does not support the CPU ID feature then do not purchase Jazler. Once you purchase the program you have access to our customers site where you can obtain your license whenever you want 24/7 with the username/password we will provide you via e-mail.

The workstation mode of Jazler can be installed on UNLIMITED computers in your LAN network and does not need activation or further purchases.

Support Information
Technical support is given only for the version currently published and only to our customers. If your version is older than the one we are currently publishing, you are advised to download the latest version and install it because it might solve your problem.

Limited Warranty
Since the publish date and for the next 3-6 months, Jazler RadioStar might be defective in some sections and not operate normally causing mostly small problems. Jazler software programmers are working daily to fix all problems and will provide you help and software updates as quickly as possible to overcome unexpected bugs that might be introduced by the software. Please remember that lots of problems could be caused by your operating system, other programs or defective hardware. Jazler is a complicated software, using most of your computers hardware 24hours (sound card,proccessor,graphics card,network,memory etc) and if any of this hardware is defective can cause a domino effect problem on the program stability - be sure everything is working well. JAZLER SOFTWARE WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED ON YOUR COMPUTERS OR COMPANY FROM THE USE OF ITS SOFTWARE.
